Delivery

UK Delivery :

For Standard UK deliveries we use Royal Mail 1st class. This is a free service for all orders over £100.

Standard Delivery charges for orders under £100 is currently £5.95. Items should arrive within 3/5 working days of despatch and are delivered  Monday to Friday only.

Despatch takes place within two days of order placement.

If you are not present to accept the delivery the postman/driver will put a card through your door informing you of how and where to collect your delivery. Or how to arrange re-delivery.

For Express deliveries within the United Kingdom we use Royal Mail Special Delivery or a local courier service.

Express Delivery charge is currently £12.95 and will arrive by the end of the next working day following despatch which is normally within 24 hours of order placement. Please note that orders received on a Friday will not be despatched until Monday.

A Saturday delivery is available at an increased charge. Please call us for more information.

Northern Ireland

Delivery charge for Nothern Ireland is £5.95 and will be delivered by Royal Mail trackable service.

The Channel Islands and the Isle of Mann is £9.95.

Your order will be sent by Royal Mail and should arrive within 7 working days and will require a signature upon receipt.

International Delivery :

The Delivery charge for European Countries is £20.95 / Worldwide is £26.95.

Your order will be sent by Royal Mail trackable international delivery service and should be delivered within 14 working days of despatch, although please allow up to 21 days. Items will require a signature upon receipt.

Customs :

If your order is to be delivered outside the European Union, it may attract import duty and local sales taxes which customers will be required to pay on receipt of the shipment. Any additional customs charges must be settled by you.
